A decimal type field for Elementor form

When building payment forms in Elementor, collecting numeric amounts can be tricky with the standard field types. The "text" type doesn't validate numbers, while the "number" type only allows integers.

To solve this common need for decimal payment values, we added a dedicated "Decimal" field in our plugin.

This new field type only allows valid numeric decimal entries like 9.99. It will validate values entered are in the proper format - preventing invalid text or improperly formatted decimals.
